WOW’s convenient trash disposal and recycling facility in Astoria.


WOW Man takes his trash, yard debris, appliances, and electronics to the WOW Transfer Station.

CLOSED EARLY
(Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve)

CAR BATTERIES
Car/truck only - no marine batteries

SCRAP METAL
no charge; remove non-metal items

ELECTRONICS RECYCLING
Computers, accessories, monitors, TVs, VCRs, DVD players, stereos, cell phones, and rechargeable batteries.

RECYCLING DEPOT
Recycle glass, tin cans, newspaper, cardboard, plastic bottles, motor oil and other items at our full-service depot.

CLEAN WOOD
$50.00 per ton,
$12 minimum (up to 400 lbs)

APPLIANCES

YARD DEBRIS
No charge* for customers from within the city limits of Astoria, Seaside, Gearhart, or Warrenton (City of Warrenton Garbage Service customers). To keep your visit quick and easy, we mailed ID stickers in October 2011. Please display them in your vehicle when dropping off yard debris.

  • Get more bang for your buck - make fewer trips with larger loads. Save time, gas, and money!

  • Recycle more. Sort out your scrap metal, cardboard, and other items.

  • Look into having WOW pick up from your home, business, or job site.

  • Separate lumber to pay a lower rate.
